Our mission

We believe that a life well-lived is one lived with intention. Too many dreams get parked in the "someday" folder — waiting for the right time, the right money, the right courage. BucketList exists to move those dreams off the shelf and into the calendar.

We're not a productivity app. We're not a social network chasing engagement metrics. We're a space for you to be honest about what you want from life, share it with people who care, and actually do it.

Our story

BucketList was founded in 2025. The idea came from a familiar frustration: a long list of things we wanted to do, no structure around them, and a creeping sense that the list was getting longer while life was getting shorter.

We wanted something warmer than a spreadsheet, simpler than a project management tool, and more meaningful than a social feed. So we built it.

Today, people around the world use BucketList to plan adventures, track personal growth, share goals with friends, and celebrate every win — big or small.

What we believe

A few things guide every decision we make at BucketList:

• Goals are personal. Your bucket list is yours. We'll never tell you what to want or push you toward what's popular.
• Community matters. Sharing a dream makes it more real. Seeing someone else complete a goal you share is genuinely motivating — not competitive.
• Simple is better. We resist adding features that add complexity without adding joy. Every part of BucketList should feel effortless.
• Privacy is a right. Keep your list private, share it with friends, or open it to the world. The choice is always yours.

The team

We're a small, passionate team distributed across time zones. We've spent careers building software — and we're putting that experience into something we actually use ourselves every day.
